The complimentary mini facial offered through this platform is completely free. No purchase is required, no card details are needed, and there is no obligation to buy anything before, during or after your visit.
The complimentary facial offer
- The complimentary mini facial is 30 minutes in duration
- It is delivered in the comfort of your own home by Sandra Cook, Tropic Skincare Ambassador
- No purchase is required at any stage
- The offer is valid for 3 months from the date the gift link was sent
- The offer is subject to availability and mutual agreement on a suitable date and time
- One complimentary facial per person
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product
Booking and cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed by Sandra Cook following receipt of your booking form
- We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, giving as much notice as possible
- Late cancellations or no-shows may affect eligibility for future offers
Kindness Credits
- Kindness Credits are earned when someone you have gifted a complimentary facial to goes on to book and receive their facial
- 5 Kindness Credits entitle you to either a free mini facial or 20% off your next Tropic Skincare order
- Kindness Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- Credits are tracked manually and awarded at the discretion of Sandra Cook, Tropic Skincare Ambassador
- We reserve the right to amend the Kindness Credits scheme at any time with reasonable notice
Conduct and safety
- You agree to inform us of any known skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities before your appointment
- We reserve the right to decline or adapt a treatment if we believe it would not be suitable or safe
- You are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable environment for the visit at your home
Products
Products used during your facial are Tropic Skincare products. Sandra Cook is an independent Tropic Skincare Ambassador and is not an employee of Tropic Skincare Ltd. Any product recommendations made during your visit are personal recommendations only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandra Cook, Tropic Skincare Ambassador accepts no liability for any adverse reactions to products where full disclosure of skin conditions or allergies was not provided prior to the appointment.
